
Yoga.
I offer yoga classes in small groups in the Zurich district, in Winterthur and in Flims. In small groups, I am able to perceive each person individually and accompany them attentively. This creates a protected space in which trust can grow and personal development can take place.
My yoga classes are aimed at everyone: from beginners to advanced practitioners, men and women, as well as people in a business context who want to engage with themselves and consciously challenge themselves.
I enjoy getting to know people in yoga classes - with all their facets. I share my own experiences and impulses that have been helpful on my yoga path.

No Bullshit.
In my small group yoga classes, I challenge people to grow beyond themselves - with clarity, respect and compassion. I am just as happy when someone says a clear “no”: This shows me that he or she is well in touch with themselves and knows their own limits. Yoga in a group is a very personal experience for me - and at the same time a gift to share with other people.
