About me.

My path to yoga and yoga therapy

My life has long been characterized by movement, new experiences and the search for a home within myself. Until I was 40, I moved almost every year - I stayed in Berlin the longest. I was fascinated by the city: the diversity of the people, the energy and the club scene. I danced for hours on end - until one day my body told me: “That's it.”
It was during this time that I came across yoga - and above all my first inspiring yoga teacher Maria. Her liveliness, authenticity and joy touched me deeply. She became a friend and encouraged me to do a yoga teacher training course myself.
So my path led me to Thailand, to Koh Phangan. Despite my fears - especially of speaking in front of people - I dared to take this step. It was the beginning of a journey to myself.

After Berlin, I was drawn further afield: away from the big city, into the mountains, to Flims-Laax. I wanted to feel nature and find peace. There I started teaching yoga in small groups. I quickly realized how fulfilling it is to accompany people individually - with yoga that gives room for personal development.

My path later led me to Zurich and Winterthur. I deepened my knowledge by training in yoga therapy, polarity and mindfulness. Today I combine all these approaches and support people with yoga - in small groups, one-to-one sessions or in therapeutic settings. I love to see how people grow beyond themselves, find themselves more and go their own way.

Lively, fun-loving, impulsive, open-hearted, strong, energetic, loud, reliable, helpful, curious.
