One on one - your personal yoga class.
I offer individual one-to-one yoga classes in the Zurich district and in Winterthur - tailored to your needs and your body.
Together we develop a program that supports you: for more strength, vitality, joy, courage, body awareness and relaxation.
A one-to-one yoga session (75 minutes) offers you the space to be completely with yourself.
My offer is particularly suitable for:

Sometimes we need someone by our side to support us, encourage us and hold our hand - especially when it is difficult to take responsibility for ourselves.
In my classes, we practise together, side by side. I accompany you in finding your own rhythm: the one that is right for you and that your body can follow.
I particularly enjoy working with people who want to challenge themselves physically and are looking for someone to take them to their limits - so that they can grow in their practice. Or with those who simply need a space to switch off mentally and recharge their batteries.

My aim is to promote your health, strengthen you mentally and give you exercises that slow you down in everyday life.
I prefer to work with people on a permanent basis, preferably weekly.
